Concerted Parking
We would like to inform you that Caveda Street is pedestrianized and vehicle access is controlled by video cameras, although access to the hotel is only permitted from Foncalada or Santa Clara streets.
If you have a navigation system, we recommend that you enter C/ Santa Clara, nº 1 and continue straight ahead, along the pedestrian street towards the hotel, which is about 100 meters away.
Once at the hotel, they must provide the vehicle registration number to register it in the Local Police database, as a hotel guest.
Access is permitted for a maximum period of 15 minutes for loading and unloading.
The hotel does not have its own parking, but we offer the option of parking in the Salesas parking garage, near the hotel, for €12/24h (VAT included), payable directly at the hotel. Height restrictions apply to vehicles 1.70m and motorcycles are not permitted (please inquire about other parking options).
Vehicle access to the Salesas parking lot is from General Elorza street (2 entrances).
If you are going directly to the parking garage (without first going through the hotel), collect your ticket at the entrance and hand it in at the hotel reception to register your vehicle. Afterward, you can enter and exit as hotel guests without needing a ticket. Once inside the parking garage, you can park in any of the available spaces (we recommend parking on level -1).
Pedestrian access is via the elevators in the Salesas Shopping Centre, on the 3rd floor. The hotel is located approximately 50 meters to the left of the shopping centre exit. Outside of the shopping centre's opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 10am to 10pm), the only elevator operating 24 hours a day with access to Caveda Street is located on level -1.
